I had a great time at the CHAP Convention last weekend! Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth to look, purchase, or just say hi.
I really enjoyed seeing what the other young entrepreneurs were selling. I wasn't the only one with knit and crocheted items. Here's Lindsey from Hooked on Blooms, selling her crocheted headbands.
Rachel Rittenhouse, eighteen-year-old author of Finding Faith and Discovering Hope, sold her lovely books at CHAP as well.
And the Dewing Girls Jewelry booth sold some lovely hand-spun, hand-dyed yarn! I purchased a couple skeins.
Considering I was in the Harrisburg area already, it would only make sense to stop by a yarn shop. I went to Knitters Dream, which turned out to be right on a small farm with sheep, goats, and its own fiber mill! When you go to a new yarn shop, you never know what you might find.
I'm Sarah Gomez, a 17-year-old Christian knitter, sewist, and aspiring historical costumer.
